Dr. Kam Lally

Medical Practitioner & Aesthetic Doctor

Dr. Kam Lally is a distinguished Medical Practitioner and Aesthetic Doctor with advanced expertise in non-surgical facial rejuvenation and regenerative aesthetic medicine.

He serves as Medical Director of Aestheticology Clinics UK and is the National Aesthetic Medicine Lead for the Royal College of General Practitioners. He is a global KOL and contributes to numerous advisory boards to promote science backed standards, practitioner education and patient-safety.

As an accomplished educator and international speaker, Dr. Lally is recognized for his precision, evidence-based approach and commitment to advancing clinical excellence in aesthetics.

He collaborates with Premiere Medical Aesthetics Institute (PMAI) and is the author of The Power of Platelets: Mastering PRP and PRF in Aesthetic Medicine, contributing his expertise to PMAI’s regenerative medicine curriculum.

Erin MacNeil is a powerhouse in the beauty and medspa industry with over 20 years of experience. Before founding The Spa Business Coach, she led multi-million-dollar operations as an International Spa Director in top luxury hotels, where she mastered the art of operations, leadership, and finance.

Today, Erin is known as a Spa Financial Specialist and Operations Expert who helps owners turn chaos into clarity. She has transformed more than 150 businesses medspas, guiding them to master their numbers, streamline operations, and build team-run companies that create more fun, funds, and freedom.
